Mr. Sam Daw – CEO & Managing Director: Dow
Sam Wu
Sam has been involved in the wine industry for over 10 years and
has spent a great deal of this time developing the wine export
business, particularly in Asia. Sam has travelled extensively and
makes it the utmost priority to develop successful long term
relationships with the people he works with. Sam’s role is
multifaceted involving sourcing, blending, production, sales,
marketing, logistics, to all general management areas within this
ultra dynamic company.
Ms Lisa Perejma – Export Manager:
With a Bachelor in Wine Marketing from The University of Adelaide,
Lisa has the very important responsibility of handling all of the
formalities involved with export documentation including - Letter of
Credits, Bills of Exchange, logistics and approvals just to name a
few. Lisa’s skill sets and understanding of the demands of export and
international trade is excellent and She too has developed many
personal relationships with our clients and partners.
Mrs. Victoria Daw – Export Assistant &
Office Manager:
Victoria has completed a Diploma in Wine Marketing from The
University of Adelaide. Victoria is responsible for assisting Lisa
with the export dynamics and all governance involved in the business.
She also has an excellent palate and assists with blending wine and
decision making. Victoria has travelled to Asia and China and has also
established close relationships with our clients.
Mr. Robin Moody - Executive Company Wine
Consultant
Mr Moody began his career in the wine industry joining the famous
Australian wine company Penfolds in 1969 working directly under Max
Schubert of Grange Hermitage fame. Mr Moody became Senior Winemaker at
Wynns, Penfolds and Southcorp during his distinguished career and
since 2001 has undertaken specific consultancy roles. Mr Moody assists
with sourcing, blending, quality control and production and also
travels to Asia for wine related business, in particular Hong Kong.
Tim Whitrow – Winemaker
Mr Tom White – Australian Sales
Mr White has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce
from the University of Adelaide as well as a diploma in Wine
Marketing. Tom has been involved in the wine industry from a very
early age and more recently has worked for Fosters Wine Estates as
well as run his Family’s small winery & vineyard just south of McLaren
Vale where he was general manager and winemaker. Tom is responsible
for all the domestic sales & marketing division of the company.
