Australian Society of Viticulture & Oenology |
The Australian Society of Viticulture and Oenology was incorporated
in 1981 as a non-political organisation to serve the interests of
practicing winemakers and viticulturalists by encouraging the
exchange of technical information. Published Conference Proceedings
and a regular Newsletter provide wider dissemination of material,
and the Society also publishes a quality scientific journal -
Australian Journal of Grape and Wine Research - three times a year.
